The National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC) through the Universal Service Fund (USF) As part of the mandate of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission is to provide and promote the efficient use of telecommunication network throughout Dominica. NTRC through USF has provided the Dominica State College Free connectivity for a period of three (3) years.
This project cost a total of Six hundred and eighty-two thousand, six hundred and eighty-six dollars ($682,686.00) and was undertaken by Cable & Wireless Business (Dominica)Ltd. The commissioning of the project was on the 1st of December 2017.

To provide high speed Internet and other related service to the Dominica State College
High Speed Dedicated Internet Access with a minimum 20 mbps symmetrical upload and download
Fibre optic links between various buildings
Networking equipment
Wireless Internet Access points (Indoor and Outdoor)
A CISCO Networking Academy
